そこでアンインストールの方法を下に書いておきます。
(1)アプリケーションの追加と削除からアンインストール
(2)上記の方法で消せない場合スタートメニューから、ファイルやフォルダから検索
をかけ、結果の中にsurfplusというのがあるはずです。それを削除してみてください。
削除しようしたが、現在Windowsが使っていますと出て、消せない場合は、 Delete+Alt+Ctrlで強制終了してからやって
みてくださいこれで消せるはずです。
